“Due to my wife's deteriorating condition I contacted Lynne Agnew of Platinum Stairlifts in early September 2009. We live in a small cottage with narrow stairs that incorporate a sharp right-hand turn at the bottom; so not an easy environment in which to install a stairlift. Indeed Social Services had told me that I probably wouldn't be able to get a stairlift fitted in the space available.

Not only did Platinum Stairlifts manage to get the lift installed, they did so within two weeks of taking the preliminary measurements. The normal delay is 6-8 weeks.

They were very professional and did a superb job. Equally importantly in my view, they treated us with kindness and care at a time of great difficulty and distress. I cannot recommend them too highly.
